Responsible for procurement, purchasing, and contract management, as well as the administration of supplies under various projects of Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University. All operations are carried out in accordance with measures that promote transparency and accountability.
The procurement section plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the organization by ensuring that all procurement, purchasing, and asset management activities under the project administration of Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University, are carried out in accordance with measures that promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with anti-corruption principles. Chula Unisearch has established clear, transparent, and verifiable operational procedures for procurement processes, in alignment with the Government Procurement and Supplies Management Act B.E. 2560 (2017). These measures are designed to support the effective implementation of projects and to ensure the achievement of their stated objectives and goals.
